Due to the sensitive, hygienic, and cosmetic nature of perfume products, we can only accept returns under the following strict conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The product must be completely unopened, unused, and undamaged<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The item must be in its original factory packaging<\/strong>, including the intact protective cellophane wrapping and luxury presentation box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Please Note:<\/strong> Any product that has been sprayed, opened, or altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Shipping Costs for Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (and the item is perfectly sealed), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping\/courier fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective bottle, or damaged transit), Dhabi Lux will cover all shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Payment Method:<\/strong> For credit\/debit card payments, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
