If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Conditions

Due to the sensitive, hygienic, and cosmetic nature of perfume products, we can only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • The product must be completely unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original factory packaging, including the intact protective cellophane wrapping and luxury presentation box.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please Note: Any product that has been sprayed, opened, or altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

To report a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@dhabilux.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographic or video proof of the damage/defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the return criteria outlined in Section 1, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@dhabilux.com or contact us via WhatsApp at 050 661 2171 with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how our courier will collect the package.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return transit.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (and the item is perfectly sealed), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping/courier fees.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective bottle, or damaged transit), Dhabi Lux will cover all shipping costs.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return package is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether the return has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Payment Method: For credit/debit card payments, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
